Ghost Quesadillas

Cheese ghosts with black olives as eyes.

Equipment

  • 1 Ghost Cookie Cutter

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheese
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut out ghosts with ghost cookie cutter.
  • Add oil to cast iron skillet on medium low heat. Place in bottoms of the ghosts into the skillet. Top with shredded cheese. Cook about 1 minute.
  • Add top ghost tortillas and then flip. Cook until lightly golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve warm with sour cream or guacamole.
