Ghost Quesadillas

Cheese ghosts with black olives as eyes.

- 2 Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheese
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
Cut out ghosts with ghost cookie cutter.
Add oil to cast iron skillet on medium low heat. Place in bottoms of the ghosts into the skillet. Top with shredded cheese. Cook about 1 minute.
Add top ghost tortillas and then flip. Cook until lightly golden brown on both sides.
Serve warm with sour cream or guacamole.
